This site publishes research on the microstructure of prediction markets: recorded order books, trade tapes, frozen studies and the outcome of small-stake live runs. It is information, not advice.

- No warranty. Market data comes from the public APIs of Polymarket and Kalshi and from the operator's own recordings of those venues. It may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and it is shown without warranty of any kind. Every study states what it measured and where its numbers end; no profitability claim is made.
- No betting or trading offer. This site does not offer, broker, promote or advertise betting, trading or any prediction-market venue. It carries no referral or affiliate links, no sign-up funnels and no calls to trade. Links to the venues' public documentation, where present, are citations of a data source.
- Own risk. Anyone who acts on what they read here does so at their own risk. Prediction-market access is restricted or prohibited in several jurisdictions, including Switzerland; readers are responsible for the law that applies to them.
Liability for external links
The site links to external pages, mainly the source repository on GitHub and on-chain views on Polygonscan. Those pages are run by third parties; the operator has no influence over their content and does not adopt it. Links were checked when they were placed. If a linked page turns out to be unlawful, the link will be removed once the operator becomes aware of it.

Texts, figures and study results on this site are the operator's own work unless a source is named; they may be quoted with attribution. Market data belongs to the venues that publish it and is subject to their terms.
